URBAN CARE - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS Urban Care offers three subscription tiers: Basic Care, Premium Care, and Elite Care. 2. BILLING & PAYMENT - Subscriptions are billed either every 6 months or 12 months as selected - Payment is required upfront via EFT transfer - Proof of payment (EFT slip or bank deposit confirmation) must be provided 3. DURATION & RENEWAL - Subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary date - Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before renewal - No refunds for partial months 4. SERVICES INCLUDED - Each plan includes the specified services as outlined - Service availability is within the 8km collection/delivery radius - Additional services are available at a discount (10-20% off depending on plan) 5. COLLECTION & DELIVERY - Standard delivery: 24-48 hours - Express delivery: Within 24 hours (additional R120 surcharge) - Collection and delivery fees: R30-R80 per trip depending on distance 6. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 48 hours - We will re-clean your items at no extra charge, or offer a full refund 7. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION - Plan changes can be made at any time with effect from the next billing cycle - Cancellation requests must be made in writing 7 days before renewal 8. LIABILITY Urban Care is not responsible for: - Damage to items caused by pre-existing conditions - Loss or theft of items not related to our cleaning process - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances 9.
